I'm having a pain just below my ribcage on my right side, sharp stabbing pain causing me difficulty's breathing. i've had no falls or trauma there ?

Gallbladder: Biliary colic or gallbladder pain is typically located in the right upper abdomen and can go through to the back. Usually accompanied by nausea, vomiting, bloating, and gassiness. Other possibilities include constipation and pleurisy. See your physician if symptoms resist or worsen.

Get seen: Pain under you rib cage on the r side could be related to a pneumonia, liver issue, gall bladder isssue, gas cramps, constipation, etc. I recommend that you get seen soon for evaluation.
