Well, blood pressure medications are used to reduce blood pressure. Using methamphetamines can increase blood pressure - sometimes dramatically and dangerously. Recommend you forgo the illicit drug and go for the prescribed medication if you have high blood pressure.

TRULY HOPE THIS IS A THEORETICAL QUESTION, as meth is literally poison and will kill you eventually if you use it. It can literally affect your blood pressure, can cause heart and brain disasters, and at best, totally ruin your life, and the lives of all who are in contact with you. If this is your burden, contact drug rehab and get on track. No time to waste.
