Women can occasionally skip a period, especially if they don't release an egg that cycle. The late cycle can eventually comes down with greater flow. Urine pregnancy tests can be falsely negative early in pregnancy. The first morning urine is more concentrated and more likely to be a true study. This is likely just a delay.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
