Did you really have a chlamydia blood test? Those are extremely unreliable; positive result does NOT show you are infected, only that you might have had chlamydia or related bacteria in the past. Proper testing is vaginal swab, plus anal swab if you've had anal sex. If rectal infection is possible, treatment must be with doxycycline, not azithromycin, which is not reliable in the rectum.
