Dont know if i got chlamydia anally or vaginally? if i got chlamydia anally but my doctor found it in my blood test, but didnt do an anal test, took medication for it to clear it can the meds clear it only in my vagina or did it clear my whole body?

Did you really have a chlamydia blood test? Those are extremely unreliable; positive result does NOT show you are infected, only that you might have had chlamydia or related bacteria in the past. Proper testing is vaginal swab, plus anal swab if you've had anal sex. If rectal infection is possible, treatment must be with doxycycline, not azithromycin, which is not reliable in the rectum.
