I recently found out that i have hep c. and i am very terrified..but i have taken blood test and my numbers are high..but not to high to what they are suppose to be...what are some good over the counter drugs...and foods that can help me?

There are excellent and effective treatments for Hep C. See a doctor and ask about treatment. Many doctor will not treat someone who is at risk of re infection like someone who is taking drugs.

Agree with Dr. R. See a doctor. Hep C is curable in more than 90% of people with oral pills. The sooner you start the treatment, the better.
