Hello, had open myomectomy in 6/2020, fibroids removed but complicated by retained sponge. i was on pills to decrease bleeding preop and 3 mths post op. to this day no period, on birth control pills, not pregnant, cramping monthly but no bleeding?

It sounds like you had a very challenging experience. Given the complexity of the situation, your lack of periods or amenorrhea should definitely be addressed with your care providers and may warrant further testing. In addition to changes within the uterus, there are other hormonal causes of amenorrhea that would need to be evaluated.
