It sounds like you had a very challenging experience. Given the complexity of the situation, your lack of periods or amenorrhea should definitely be addressed with your care providers and may warrant further testing. In addition to changes within the uterus, there are other hormonal causes of amenorrhea that would need to be evaluated.
