Good day.hope you are well.i often wake up with a full bladder in the morning.when laying on my back the full bladder is noticeably visible on my lower right abdomen and is almost like a speed hump.once i have urinated it goes away?

I am not sure of your issues without more details. It seems to be a problem with the bladder. Maybe you have a bladder flow dysfunction or a problem with other pelvic organs, like the uterus obstructing it. See your doctor
