"Deviry" is a form of progesterone. If taken and no bleeding occurs after "10 days" from stopping Deviry, it is possible that pregnancy has occurred. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. With "irregular periods", and ovulation has occurred late in this cycle, there will be no bleeding, and the HCG test will be negative. Ask your gyn about birth control pills.
