I am 4 weeks 7 days pregnant and i am continually feeling this pressure when i urinate (bladder full) and i am continually thirsty my mouth is very dry i drink about 4-5+ bottles of water (500ml) and also become thirsty at night?

Polydipsia: Excessive thirst has a few causes and an evaluation by your doctor is needed. Diabetes is the most common cause but many others are certainly possible.
