Having just one testicle has no effect on testosterone level. The level is not determined directly by the testicles, but by the pituitary gland, which secretes gonadotropin releasing hormone. GRH in turn regulates testosterone production by the testicles. One testicle has more than enough hormone-secreting cells to meet the need.
