Good morning my heart just can't stop beating fast. with just a small fright, or i'd just be sitting and working or simply just sitting and it would just start beating,sometimes to a point where it feels like i'm running out of breath?

I would suggest that you make an appointment with your PCP soon or a cardiologist as you probably will require cardiac monitoring for 24 hours.
