Doctor put me on 25mg of xarelto for the last 23 months i am having a hard time to breath heart is running fast so they say i need a pace maker?

Short of breath. : While it's possible that this could be a side effect of Xarelto, it sounds like you may have a real heart rhythm disturbance that is out of control. This fact needs to be confirmed. This can also give one shortness of breath.
