Follicle : No this is a corpus luteal cyst which helps produce the progesterone needed to help maintain the pregnancy in the first trimester. It usually is a good thing to see

Don't worry: Ovarian cysts are very common. It is not uncommon for a follicular cyst to be seen during an OB ultrasound. The cyst may or may not be there throughout the entire pregnancy. Most ovarian cysts do not cause symptoms and resolve on their own. It unlikely to cause any complications during your pregnancy.

It may be the corpus luteum. This is is a special structure on the ovary that supports the pregnancy in the first few months of pregnancy.
