Gynecologist: Irregular periods and bleeding are one the most common conditions Obgyns treat. Schedule a visit for an exam and testing. Right lower abdominal pain has many causes. If the pain is severe and if accomanied by nausea, vomiting or fever you should be seen by a doctor to rule out appendicitis
