This is a tortuous nightmare. i have experienced testicles pain in both my testicles for three long months. i went to the doctor, and they couldnt find any problem. and now its mostly the left testicle that hurts. when i touch my left, no pain?

Need more details. Is pain present all the time or does it come and go? Is pain worse when you are standing up or physically active? Can you feel swollen veins in scrotum when you are standing erect (Feel like "bag of worms") which could be varicocele which can not be felt when examined lying down. ?have any urinary symptoms. Srotal & pelvic ultrasound might help. Have you seen urologist?
