Talk to your OB who delivered your baby. Some fluctuations in bleeding can occur in the first month postpartum due to hormonal re-regulation, but you want to make sure the bleeding is not from something serious going on in your uterus. Your OB can do a full exam and even an ultrasound if needed to rule out more serious complications such as: Hematoma, Laceration, or retained tissue.
