Post Partum: Post Par tum is technically 6 weeks after you deliver. Some degree of abnormal bleeding tolerated as long as you otherwise feel well and do not have a fever. Do you have an appointment with your OB provider? I would expect you should get back to normal in a week or two otherwise see your provider.
