Yes, doctor can help to write gap prescription after confirming that she is unable to get prescription. Her medical records from Psychiatrist needs to be reviewed.

No, not on HealthTap free platform. Work with your psychiatrist to have your records transferred to a new doc, access to your records will be critical in order to have a smooth transition. Majority of ADHD drugs are controlled and due to intense scrutiny many doctors do not prescribe them anymore.
