Amenorrhea can be caused by many different factors including PCOS or hormone imbalances. This needs to be diagnosed locally with your physician performing an exam and ordering different tests to determine the cause. ref: https://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/amenorrhea/conditioninfo/causes

If there is a chance you are pregnant ( being sexually active) would suggest testing for pregnancy first, then seeing your doc (GP or Gyn) for amenorrhea would be recommended.

If you have been having sex, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. If that does not resolve the matter, get blood test for HCG and may be an ultrasound examination. Wish you good health!
