Difficult to say: If there's any question about being pregnant please have a pregnancy test done. It's concerning that your cycles aren't real full despite all the symptoms. More history needs to be known to determine whether if this could potentially be hormonal versus obstruction at the cervix versus scarring within the uterine lining.
