I have not seen a bedsheet study but go to CDC.gov and see what you find. It would depend on if they are wet or not.

There are some studies of COVID on surfaces. The virus's life lessens dramatically with time and with higher temperatures surfaces. There is no specific study including bedding sheets viral load with time, but the studies show that bedding is an effective carrier of the virus. Therefore, there is no obvious answer to your question. Wear gloves when handling bedding if you are concerned.
