If it tastes fine and smells fine, it probably will not cause any ill effects. Also depends on the sell by and use by dates if they are on the bottle. If you feel fine after drinking it, depending on when that was, you should be fine. Watch for diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and contact your doctor if you have those symptoms.
