Hello dr, i'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and i'm experiencing abdominal pains on my right and pain in my lower abdominal pain when i pee, i'd also get random pains on the same area at anytime?

You need to be checked by your doctor to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection. You may c'x also need to be checked for STDS if the urine is clear. This is very important during pregnancy, as infections can lead to preterm labor.
