Pressure in lower abdomen when i need to pee. peeing every 2-3 hrs. lots of gas too, not pregnant. what could it be?

See your physician : Hi, the symptoms could be due to inflammation of the urinary bladder (due to infection- cystitis) or due to irritation of the bladder from an inflamed rectum( less likely). Could also be a post coital infection. Is there a temporal history id coitus preceding the symptoms? If u have any fevers chills or cloudy ursne please make a note of it. See your physician to rule out infection.
