Did you feel plastic in the vaginal area? If it was coming out then it may fell out of the body when you just need to take care of contraception if you do not want pregnancy. If you felt near abdominal wall then it could come out of uterine wall to abdomen and you will need a doctor to take it out.uterine perforation is a rare complication and is unlikely. Hope it helps.
