Ive taken a few pregnancy tests and they came back positive. for over a week i keep getting pelvic cramps associated when i eat and have to pee. then they go away. other than that my boobs hurt and i get nauseous. is this cause i might be pregnant?

If you've taken a few pregnancy tests and they all came back positive, then it's not that you might be pregnant... you are pregnant. Hormonal changes my be the cause of some of your symptoms.
