Have been dealing with testicle pain/discomfort for years after i was punched there. no doctors can find any issues. is it possible scar tissue built up causing any veins or blood vessels to be damaged causing these issues?

Any injured body part sometimes can be tender and painful for months or years. The testicles are no different. The exact reasons often are not known. Often there is a psychological element, especially with genital injuries. See a doctor to be sure -- probably nothing serious will be found, but better safe than sorry. Good luck.
