What is the meaning of "reticulohazy densities are seen in the right mid lung field"? is this is serious? it it is possible for tb?

Translation: When assessing a chest x-ray we like to see the patterns we are use to. The mostly air parts show up dark/black. The mostly tissue/structure parts show up white. Reticulohazy just describes a blurry/snowy like whitish that suggests tissue denser than expected. It is not specific to any one cause. The location mentioned is not suggestive of TB.

In situations like these,I sit down with the radiologist and get his/her differential diagnosis, advice re ordering other imaging tests like CT scan,obtaining pulmonologist consultation or mere!y.repeating the xray after treating a right middle lobe pneumonia if the clinical information supports such a diagnosis.
