No, unfortunately not on the the free HealthTap platform. Your primary care doc may be able to provide such a referral based on a remote consult or you may ask the specialist you are trying to see for a consult providing he or she can obtain records from your current doc.

HealthTap's free, public site is for education. We are not a referral service. Recommend that you contact your health insurance company to find out if that is a covered benefit and if it is, to get a list of their covered network providers.
