COVID 19: Do you have health insurance? If yes, you can contact the insurer to ask for a list of providers within their network. If it doesn't have to be a network provider, you can contact any local doctor.

Depends!: Every state and every country have different ways to get tested. If you require a doctor's order for the test, call your Primary Care doctor. In the US, if you don't have a primary care doctor, you can go to an Urgent Care for testing. Also in the US, contact your county health department and ask how to get a test in your area. In some parts of the US, drive through testing is being done.
