A member asked:

I have started using differin for atrophic scarring 0.1% 3x per week and have noticed small red patches at the corners of my eyes by my temples on both sides. could this be from the differin or is it something else?

Could be irritation from the differin. Would suggest that you apply the differin after washing your face an hour before bedtime and then wash off the differin before going to sleep. This is called short contact therapy and might reduce the irritation . If that doesn't seem to help, you should see your dermatologist for confirmation of this problem and possibly another treatment.
