The question is do you have UTIs? People often think that have a UTI ask for antibiotics and dont have UTIs . There are other reasons for UTI symptoms, interstitial cystitis, herpes. Then there are UTI that may be resistant to the antibiotics provided, so getting a urinary culture is important.

If UTI really is the problem and occurring so frequently, it's likely the same infection, with treatment failure -- rather than separate new infections. Other conditions can cause similar symptoms, including STDs if at risk (new partner, partner having sex with others, etc). Ask fo referral to an infectious diseases specialist; or perhaps a gyn who specializes in infections.
