Difficulties breathing with pregnancy can be a subjective symptom commonly due to the pressure on the diaphragm and not concerning, or serious concern. See a doctor

Although there can be issues related to breathing that occur with pregnancy, if you are having generalized body pain and are having problems breathing - recommend emergency assessment. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
