Does olive leaf interfere with plavix and aspirin and nattokinase?

I would not recommend taking any supplements or over the counter medicines with your plavix, unless a doctor expressly tells you it is ok. The trouble is that many supplements are not studied well or regulated by the FDA, so we don't know if it is safe or not. I would not recommend olive leaf or nattokinase with your plavix.
