Does alcohol makes everyone feel happy oor not necessarily?

Alcohol does not actually make everyone feel happy. Instead initial feelings of euphoria due to increased release of dopamine in the brain is followed by depression, disorientation & memory loss when the blood alcohol level goes above 0.05 blood alcohol content (BAC). With higher BAC excitement, confusion, stupor, coma & death can occur. So extreme caution is advised with alcohol. I wish you well!
