My eyes go white from the outsidr to the center during my motor control fails and i am forced to the ground and thats usually when my ability to speak and form thoughts goes too i regain everything a few moments to minutes after but im disoriented?

Your description is consistent with epilepsy, and you need neurological evaluation and likely treatment ASAP. Do NOT drive a motor vehicle, operate power equipment, do activities at heights, swim or take a bath alone. You might choose to go to ER in a nearby hospital to facilitate your care.
