PCOS ?'s: PCOS diagnosis which is established by ultrasound and history (delayed or absent ovulation) is best treated with oral bcp's. This both preserves fertility options and prevents the elevated estrogen levels (from delayed or absent ovulation over time) from causing abnormal and possibly malignant endometrial changes later. Pregnancy can be achieved by ovulation induction by fertility specialists.
