Right arm symptoms : Are not related to hernia (i assume abdominal wall) operation. It might be related to positioning during surgery or IV site. Ask your surgeon what he thinks.

Talk to MD: The symptoms are probably not related. However, the symptoms are not normal and should be evaluated.
