Likely: Dr Romano's concerns are to be heeded, as a one time dose maybe risky if prior dose totals exceeded 4000 mg in 24 hrs.

Agree with Drs R&M: Do not take more than 4 g/day. No alcohol. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Tylenol Safe dose: A single isolated dose of 1650 mg is ok if you do not have any liver disease. If you have been taking Tylenol daily at high doses, you should see your doctor urgently and obtain liver function tests. To help encourage the safe use of acetaminophen, the makers of TYLENOL® have lowered the maximum daily dose for acetaminophen to 3000 mg a day.
