Tylenol (acetaminophen): A one time dose of 1300 mg should not be a problem. the recommended dose for an adult is between 650-1000mg every 6 hours. The maximum dose in 24 hours is 4000 mg. You should be fine, I would call my surgeon if I were you however to let him/her know. Speedy Recovery.

Relax: The toxic single dose is 150mg per kg, or about 8250mg for you. This is 6 times the dose you took. Be careful about your total use.
