Outlet issue: Sometimes irritation near the outlet will create a binding of the walls & alter the flow pattern. Hydrocortisone cream applied daily to the outlet may reduce any local irritation in a few days. If it persists & bothers you a Urologist could do an office procedure that would likely fix this.
