A member asked:

Cervix is 3.15cm at 16 weeks. ob says its completely normal but when i google it says it should be 4cm. 5 weeks ago it was 3.6cm. is this a concern?

Cervical length ?'s: The cervical lengths described are normal, and there is a genetic predisposition for average cervical lengths which vary person to person. At 16 weeks a length of 3.15 is acceptable and is no present concern for pre-mature delivery.
