Minimal concern: Any disturbance to a vascular cervix in the third trimester can lead to some bleeding. As long as the bleeding isn't bright red, enough to fill a pad, associated with pain/onctractions, or recurrent over several hours, then you'll likely be just fine. Continue to monitor your symptoms and do kick counts. Good luck!
