HCG level : Your HCG number mIU/ml only tells that your last menstrual periods was 4-5 weeks ago. To know the date of ovulation we need the expected date of menstruation for the first missed period. You can count back and ovulation and fertilisation occurred T-13 to 17 days Hopefully it helps .
