Good day. im a 28 year old female who was diagnosed with pcos at 22 years old. i havent seen a gynae for this condition since my diagnosis. but now i have pelvic pain on my left side. the pain is sometimes dull but sometimes it hurts. what do i do?

In the absence of treatment, an ovarian cyst can cause one sided pelvic pain, so see your gyn for an exam and pelvic ultrasound, and ask him/her about low dose oral bcp for the previously stated reasons .
