Hepatitis, neuropath: Have you been tested for hepatitis A,B,C ? ? had ultrasound. Peripheral neuropathy can occur in association with hepatitis C and other chronic liver disease. In view of your other symptoms of chest,back,neck pains an autoimmune disorder may be present. Bulging disc in the neck can cause numbness in hands&arms. Consulting a gastroenterologist, rheumatologist &A neurologist would be worthwhile.

Bilirubin: Your Total bilirubin(TB) is mildly high 1.5 normal is about 1.2 ( of course depends on your lab reference value ). Now do you have a prior lab to compare? Your ALT /AST is elevated possible cause is fatty liver or medication Are you on any cholesterol lowering medication. Fatty liver is diagnosed with ultrasound .treatment is weight loss Avoid any hepatotoxic medications includes Tylenol .
