I'm currently pregnant and very scared of getting toxoplasmosis. i was hoovering with a mini-hoover (sometimes used to get up dirt/mud) and inhaled a lot of air that's forced out of the filter outlet of the hoover. is this toxo risk? do i need test?

Toxoplasmosis vacuum: Call Hoover 2 see if their filter gets out toxo eggs. And change. You did not mention if you have cats. This is where toxo comes from mostly. Go to uptodate.com and read more. Got to you local Public Health site and read more. You only get it by eating cat feces with the eggs or eating meat from other animals that have been infected with it that has not been properly cooked or frozen 4 some time
