Be patient: Pregnancy tests are very sensitive this day and age, so be patient. If your period does not come, it may be an anovulatory cycle, so wait until you miss the next month too, then if that is missed, and you are having unprotected sex, keep checking preg tests, but seek gyn eval for work up of other causes of a missed cycle.
