Free feeding: Newborns are growing at a very high rate and require as much formula as they will take every 2-3 hours. You may notice that certain days she eats more and other days less. Offer her 120ml to see if she is satisfied.

Certainly! Babies in the first month can be allowed to feed when they wish, until they are full, until they establish a feeding pattern, quite often 120 ml every 4 hours. Check in with your pediatrician to check that she is growing and gaining weight properly.
