? constipation ? : Breast fed babies can go once every week & be normal. Formula babies usually go more often. If they are soft that is okay. If they are making rabbit pellets or harder poop, an ounce of full strength prune juice 1-3X/day spaced out will loosen them within 3 days.

May be normal: If the baby is otherwise fine, this may be perfectly normal. Ensure that the baby is not febrile, that there is no blood in the stools and that the baby has enough formula per feed.
